Dashboard

Displaying relevant information concerning your Project.

The Merchant Center dashboard displays relevant Project information in several widgets. To access the dashboard, click Dashboard in the Merchant Center main menu.

The Merchant Center dashboard leverages the totalPrice field of the Order to tabulate the order values displayed.

You can view the following information in the default view:

  • Sales performance: sales revenue over a selectable time range.
  • Total sales: total sales for the current day, week and month.
  • Average order value: average order value for the current week, month, and year.
  • Aggregates: total number of Products, published Products, unpublished Products, and Categories in your Project.
  • Top products by revenue for the current month: top-selling Products for the current month. The default number of Products displayed is 5, which can be changed to 10 or 15 in Widget settings.
  • Total orders: total order revenue by Order status over a selectable time range.
  • Order status: total orders by Order status over a selectable time range.

When multiple currencies are defined for a Project, you can use the drop-down in the upper-left corner to switch and view data in the desired currency.

Dashboard views

You can create and modify multiple dashboard views based on your individual needs, and alter the data displayed by adding multiple widgets with unique settings and configurations.

The My views drop-down allows you to select, rename, or delete existing views, and also save (changes to the layout) as a new view.

Widget settings

To modify a widget's settings, click the widget and choose from the configuration options displayed in the Widget settings tab of the sidebar.

Each view can have its own unique settings for a widget. Modifications to a widget are independent and do not impact the other widgets of that type in the view.

Add widgets

To add, click the Configuration panel icon and drag the widget card onto the dashboard view from the Add widgets tab of the sidebar. To save changes to the current view, click Save. To save it as a new view, click Save as new.

The Default view can't be modified. Save your changes to the default dashboard layout as new view.

Resize widgets

To resize, click the widget and adjust it by holding the resize handle at the lower-right corner. To save changes to the current view, click Save. To save as a new view, click Save as new.

Move widgets

To move, click the widget and move it by holding the Drag & drop icon. To save changes to the current view, click Save. To save as a new view, click Save as new.

Delete widgets

To delete, click the widget and click the Delete widget icon. To save changes to the current view, click Save. To save as a new view, click Save as new.

Export report

You can export your current dashboard view as a report. The data in the exported report corresponds to the dashboard data at the time of export.

To export, click Export report and select the respective file type. The exported report can be downloaded as a PDF, CSV, or TSV file. The PDF format is a visual representation of data whereas the CSV and TSV formats allow for data ingress into other systems.
