Notification when new projects are reaching limits on the Merchant Center

You are informed now when your project is reaching one of the new limits. This notification applies for Zones, Tax Categories, Shipping Methods (Project Settings) and Customers or Customers Groups.

• The resource usage compared to the current limit will be displayed for each resource.
• A warning message will notify you when the resource usage will reach the 80% of the allowed usage 100%: "This project will soon reach the limit of 100 shipping methods. Once it has been reached, no additional shipping methods can be added. To add more shipping methods delete existing ones, reach out to your administrator or contact customer support."
• An error message will notify you when the resource usage reaches the limit. It will not be possible to add an additional entry for the resource. Please, see an example below.
